KATHERINE SHUBNELL

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

After graduating with her bachelor’s degree from Madonna University, Katie began working in philanthropy and was successful in raising funds to enhance medical services and create programs for community based healthcare organizations.  After obtaining her Masters in Public Administration with a focus in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Michigan, she joined her father, Paul Daudlin at Daudlin De Beaupre and Company, the  healthcare recruiting firm he founded over thirty years ago.  In her role as Director of Candidate Research and Assessment, Katie assisted clients by identifying qualified individuals who would make positive contributions to the leadership teams of their respective hospitals.  Upon her Dad’s retirement, Katie began overseeing operations and transitioned the firm to the present day, Daudlin Search, in order to reflect the expansion of recruiting and consulting services from exclusively healthcare to include the nonprofit and education as well.

Referencing her previous experience in development, Katie is involved with various nonprofit organizations and is in a leadership role with Kids On The Go, a nonprofit organization serving children and teens with special needs throughout Southeast Michigan.

Much like her father, Katie seeks opportunities to build bridges between people and organizations that are mutually beneficial and foster impactful growth.
