Overview
The Executive Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars and event arrangement; conducting research; preparing reports and financial data; filing and data entry. Requires outstanding organizational skills, strong computer and internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with management, staff, volunteers, donors and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. The position reports directly to the Executive Director.

Requirements & Qualifications
Responsible for scheduling speaking engagements, appointments, booking travel, handling correspondence, answering phones and otherwise performing normal secretarial functions
Researches, prioritizes and follows up on issues and concerns addressed to the Executive Director, including those of a sensitive confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral or response
Support Executive Director’s ministerial and sacramental work.
Maintains office calendar, manages office email accounts and responds to phone inquiries about PFC operations
Proof reads and edits documents for office staff members
Manages and maintains office equipment, supplies and vendors
Manage IT issues for entire staff
Assists office staff members with time-sensitive tasks
Conducts preliminary research on prospective foundations and individual donors
Maintains sponsor lists, prepares sponsorship and other event materials, and other duties as assigned for special events
Other Duties as Assigned
Bachelor's Degree is required. Ideal Candidate will have educational training in office administration or office management
Must demonstrate strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
